How we get your listing data (no scraping)
We do not crawl Airbnb. We do not log into your Airbnb account. We do not run scrapers, bots, or automated collection against airbnb.com — Airbnb's Terms of Service prohibit that (see Help article 2908).
Instead, we use your own authorized data export — a feature Airbnb provides to every host for free (Help article 3255):
- You request your data from Airbnb.Account → Privacy & sharing → Request personal data. Airbnb emails you a ZIP (HTML, Excel, or JSON) usually within 24-72 hours.
- You forward the ZIP to me — upload via a secure link or forward the Airbnb email intact.
- I parse and reformat the listing descriptions, amenities, house rules, reservation history, review text, pricing, and calendar data into Booking.com and Agoda extranet-ready templates.
High-resolution photos, floor plans, property-license documents (Pondok Wisata / hotel license / TM30 host registration), and bank / government-ID forms you still hand directly to the OTA — those are not in the Airbnb export and shouldn't be.

- Ultra-luxury villas ($500+/night) — you need direct bookings + concierge, not OTAs
- Hosts already on Hostaway / Guesty / Cloudbeds — you have a channel manager, use it
- 10+ listings — not scope for $99, reach out separately
- Condo hosts in Thailand without hotel license — can't ethically help amplify illegal ops
